Grant Thornton congratulates ADP Consulting as the business joins forces with Ayesa

Grant Thornton is pleased to congratulate sustainability-led engineering consultancy ADP Consulting as the business joins forces with engineering and technology leader, Ayesa.

Founded in 2011 by Laurent Deleu and Jason Afford, ADP Consulting has grown to employ over 300 professionals across six offices in Australia and the UK.

Renowned for its sustainability-driven solutions, ADP Consulting’s diverse portfolio spans commercial, residential, aviation, education, health and more, and plays a pivotal role in shaping some of Australia’s most complex projects.

Ayesa’s acquisition of ADP Consulting marks the Spanish firm’s first expansion into Australia and bolsters its UK presence.

Grant Thornton acted as the sale adviser, assisting with sales preparations including due diligence and final negotiations.

Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Partner Peter Thornely said: “We are honoured to have worked with ADP Consulting throughout this deal, which will allow them to accelerate their growth ambitions with the scale and reach of a company like Ayesa.”

“We have experienced phenomenal growth and remain determined to continue that momentum. Choosing the right partner to keep accelerating our growth ambitions was crucial,” said ADP Consulting Co-Founder, Laurent Deleu.

“Ayesa’s values, capabilities, and commitment to sustainability align perfectly with ours, making them the ideal partner to expand into new markets and harness the power of technology,” added Co-Founder, Jason Afford.

By joining forces, ADP Consulting’s specialised expertise will complement Ayesa’s global reach and capabilities. Together, their combined strengths in sustainability, renewable energy, transportation, and innovative building practices will drive smarter, more sustainable developments worldwide.
