Director – Audit & Assurance
Rebecca has over 15 years’ experience with Grant Thornton in both Australia and the UK, specialising in the provision of assurance and advisory services to large public companies, privately held businesses, and not-for-profit clients. Her industry experience and technical expertise enables her to add value to clients through provision of industry insights, practical application of technical accounting issues and sharing the most up to date information on the market.
Rebecca’s collaborative management style allows her to establish strong relationships across organisations and stakeholder groups, from finance to the Executive team and the Board. Her ability to understand your issues and cut through the complexity results in proactive, pragmatic, and consistent audit support across your business.
Rebecca works with businesses operating over a wide range of industries including Real Estate, Construction and Property Development, Energy and Resources, Technology and Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Retail and Consumer Goods.
Having previously worked within the Financial Advisory team, she also has experience in project accounting, valuations, and financial modelling.
Experience
- Statutory audits and reviews of listed public entities and large private companies
- Agreed upon procedures, portable long service leave audits and internal controls reviews
- Provision of technical accounting advice on the application of IFRS and associated disclosure requirements
- Assisting companies through the IPO process and due diligence work

- Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
- Bachelor of Science Economics (Hons), University of Bath
