As a Director in Grant Thornton’s Management Consulting service line, Primo brings over 17 years of industry experience spanning logistics, supply chain, mining, telco, consumer goods, and retail. Primo specialises in delivering strategic solutions that align with clients’ goals, improve profitability, and create measurable value that attributes to their bottom line. His approach is rooted in collaboration and authenticity, combining a unique blend of hands-on industry knowledge, academic rigour, and design-led thinking which enables him to solve complex challenges and drive transformative and sustainable outcomes for clients.

Beyond consulting, Primo is committed to fostering industry growth and innovation. He actively engages with professional networks and mentors emerging leaders. He is currently the NSW Treasurer for the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) and contributes to thought leadership in supply chain management and business transformation. His passion for supply chain, problem-solving and focus on quality ensure that each project delivered aligns with clients’ strategic initiatives and provides positive impact to the organisation, leaving clients confident in their future success.

  • $130bn+ LSE Retailer: Directed an advisory review for an innovative intralogistics automation project designed to scale across the retailer's network.
  • $460bn+ Automotive Manufacturer: Delivered technology selection and business case development for a $170m spare parts distribution project.
  • ASX-Listed Specialty Retailer: Designed and executed a comprehensive supply chain transformation strategy that delivered a 40 per cent reduction in labor costs while doubling sales capacity to support future growth.
