Peter works with some of Australia’s most iconic and successful businesses. Peter is a highly respected advisor known for providing commercial and pragmatic advice across external audit, accounting advisory, corporate advisory, transaction support and other assurance advisory services. 

Peter advises local and international transport & logistic operators, a sector he became passionate about while Group Financial Controller for a private equity backed global transport operator, based in London, UK. 

Peter also has a particular interest in supporting and advising businesses undertaking transformational change and improving the effectiveness of finance functions to support the demands of an increasingly complex operating environment. 

Experience

• Advising clients across a wide range of sectors including: transport & logistics (including road, rail, shipping, warehousing, freight forwarding); retail, wholesale & distribution; educational institutions; and other not-for-profit & organisations.  
• External audits including ASX listed companies, private equity investee companies, privately owned businesses and not-for-profit organisations. 
• Supporting the IPO of high growth companies to manage reporting changes, improvement in controls, systems, processes and areas of disclosures. 
• Board Member and Treasurer of an Australian youth advocacy not-for-profit organisation.
