Passionate about working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, Paul enjoys collaborating with business owners, C-suites and teams to create customised solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs. He is committed to providing practical, industry-focused advice to support their decision-making to ultimately aid them in achieving their goals.

Paul provides accounting and taxation services to a diverse range of clients, including international groups, small and mid-sized businesses, and high-net-worth groups. He specialises in complex areas of taxation and works across various industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate & Construction and Food & Beverage.

Paul is an active member in the Urban Development Institute of Australia SA Deregulation, Finance & Reform Committee.

Experience 

• Acquisitions and divestment – advising on the purchase and sale of privately held businesses, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) advice on CGT rollovers and the small business CGT concessions.
• Business structuring and restructuring – advising on the most effective business structures for profit repatriation, wealth generation, asset protection, and the improvement of tax inefficiencies, including restructuring when necessary.
• Financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting – developing three-way financial models and creating custom management reports to enhance business decision making. 
• Taxation compliance and management – assisting with tax planning, tax management and tax advisory services for all group structures.
