Liam Kubicek is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in transaction advisory. As the head of Grant Thornton’s Agribusiness, Food, and Beverage group in Western Australia, he supports a diverse range of clients across industries such as dairy, horticulture, breweries, and distilleries.

Liam’s expertise includes transaction advisory services such as buy-side and vendor due diligence for ASX-listed companies, private firms, and private equity investors, as well as preparing investigating accountant reports for IPOs on the ASX. His work extends to sell-side advisory, independent valuations, pre-lend and bank reviews, and financial model development across sectors like health, energy, resources, and technology.

Besides client work, Liam plays a central role in the firm’s national industry initiatives, driving research, thought leadership, and industry-specific events for the Agribusiness, Food, and Beverage sector.
