Jessica has wide-ranging experience across complex litigation matters which often require the preparation of independent expert reports concerning the quantification of damages and valuation issues. This includes warranty claims, breach of contract claims, post-acquisition disputes, matrimonial disputes, and shareholder and director disputes. Jessica leverages her proficiency in financial analysis and investigative techniques to identify critical financial elements and potential issues in her matters to ensure a comprehensive and well-supported case strategy.

With significant experience working with both the public and private sectors, Jessica has also led numerous high-profile investigations involving misconduct and the misappropriation of funds and has prepared reports to assist companies as well as law enforcement agencies in combatting fraudulent activity. This often involves the analysis of large volumes of electronic data, reconstruction of accounting records, and the quantification of loss.

In addition to her specialisation in commercial disputes and fraud investigations, Jessica also has considerable experience in payroll assurance which involves the recalculation of amounts due under Modern Awards and/or Enterprise Agreements over historical periods.
