Jeremy has over 18 years of experience spanning legal practice, private equity and corporate finance advisory across Australia and South East Asia.

Prior to returning to Australia, Jeremy led the Capital Markets practice of a ‘Big 4' accounting firm in Singapore providing lead financial advisory and independent financial advisory services to mid-cap companies and more recently was also involved in building a specialised dispute valuation practice.

Jeremy has extensive experience in many industries with a focus on the Energy and Natural Resources sector. He has provided professional services to companies operating in the mining and oil and gas industries, as well as associated service providers.

Jeremy’s key areas of focus at Grant Thornton will be M&A lead financial advisory, M&A independent financial advisory and dispute valuation advisory. His experience includes:

• Lead financial adviser to a subsea engineering, construction and services company serving the offshore energy industry in relation to the divestment of its constituent businesses and major assets in connection with a Chapter 11 restructuring.
• Independent financial adviser to the directors of an industrial property REIT in relation to its S$3 billion merger on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
• Provision of expert valuation submissions on behalf of the minority shareholders of a Singaporean construction company in relation to the pricing of a buyout order made by the Singapore High Court.
