Chris brings a wealth of experience in end-to-end supply chain, with a proven track record of collaborating with C-suite and operational teams to drive enterprise-wide improvement. He develops innovative and pragmatic supply chain strategies to meet complex organisational objectives.

With over 25 years of experience, Chris has worked in more than 95 different supply chains in clients across retail, manufacturing, life sciences, FMCG, telco, mining, industrials, airports, infrastructure, utilities, government and healthcare. This enables him to bring a wide range of unique experiences and perspectives to his clients. His engagements often involve designing and implementing supply chain strategies, optimizing operations and inventory, transforming business processes and logistics procurement. He also brings senior logistics operational management experience in a number of companies.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chris is actively involved in industry associations and community initiatives. He regularly participates in supply chain conferences and contributes to industry publications. This combination of professional expertise and community engagement sets Chris apart as a leader in the field. 

Experience

  • $50bn+ turnover ASX retailer – Online fulfilment and logistics strategy including network and facility design, middle mile and last mile delivery optimisation. Development of multiple investment business cases including OpEx improvements and CapEx roadmaps.
  • $25bn+ turnover ASX company (telco) – Supply Chain Strategy and Target Operating Model for retail, B2B and infrastructure BUs including network strategy, inventory management, S&OP and operations optimisation.
  • $5bn+ Infrastructure project (airport) – International Cargo Strategy development for Federal government business case including cargo precinct strategy, facility and operations design, operating model, industrial property strategy and development financials.
  • Global Life Sciences Company – Logistics Optimisation: Led the assessment of current state freight logistics and 3PLs, followed by the development of the new distribution strategy in both Australia and Japan.
  • Multiple clients – international freight and offshore network strategies, domestic process and systems optimisation, last mile optimisation, DC productivity improvements, 3PL sourcing.
