Over the last 13 years, Alyx has worked across various complex debt recovery teams in the ATO. Alyx is currently a Technical Director in Lodge and Pay Enforcement, responsible for Technical Case Management and Securities teams who provide premium client service to actively manage and optimise the collection of debts of a significant nature, including those owed by clients who have been subject to ATO compliance activity.

Over the past 11 years, Zeanda has been involved in multiple Client Engagement and Service Delivery teams within the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Presently, Zeanda holds the position of a Senior Technical Leader in Lodge and Pay Enforcement. In this role, Zeanda is responsible for providing technical case leadership and designing case strategies to actively manage and optimise debt collection for sophisticated and complex clients.

Nick also provides financiers with an investigative review of an individual's financial position, so that a comparison can be made to bankruptcy when compromising debts.
