Selecting the right firm to join is one of the biggest decisions you will make. It’s hard to get a good picture of a firm’s culture and values when you’re making that decision. Will it measure up to your expectations?

At Grant Thornton we measure success through the achievements of our people and our clients. Our culture is supportive of your growth and learning. We offer meaningful and challenging work, training, career growth and recognition of good work. But more than that, it’s an environment where people feel connected and appreciated. It’s about enjoying where you work, knowing you can grow professionally and being proud to be a part of it.

You will experience support for the CA program, career growth, and an environment where people feel connected and appreciated.

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is simple and personal and is fundamental to our commitment to recruiting the best people. We believe interviews give us the best chance to learn more about you and, importantly, for you to learn more about us.

Graduates
Your first interview will be with two of our experienced staff members and take 45 minutes. At second round interviews a partner and senior staff member will also be present. You will be asked questions that require you to reflect on your past experiences and provide specific real life examples to demonstrate your behaviours and skills.

Vacationers
If you are short listed, you will be invited for an interview. Our interviewers will make you comfortable and questions will have a similar format to our graduate interviews. You will also be invited to ask any questions of your own.

Applications for our graduate intake and vacationer program are currently closed.
